West Toronto BIC Leadership
In any vibrant community, leadership is essential for guidance, growth, and cohesion. Within the context of a church, this vital role is primarily fulfilled by its pastoral and leaders. These individuals serve as the spiritual shepherds of the congregation, entrusted with a multifaceted responsibility that extends far beyond leading worship services.
